Christian Crumlish (2002)

Probably a good beginner's introduction to using this duo of applications for website development. It appears to be aimed at designers with no HTML experience.

That said, there is material in here for the experienced developer who is new to either of these applications. I've found out a few things I didn't know, and several instances of where to find things that I knew conceptually must be there.

In all, though, I would have preferred something with more depth and breadth, starting from the assumption that I knew HTML.
