What? Another book about website design? This one takes the view of customer-driven design, looking at a website from the point of view of tasks and goals the customer (I prefer 'visitor') to the site will have. The concept is based on the pattern work of architect Christopher Alexander.

I can report that I got through 50 pages of this in one sitting without falling asleep, while waiting for Joseph to finish his essay homework.
